We understand that your time is valuable and that knowing — at least roughly — how much your creative content project might cost saves you both time and frustration.
At LaCroix Creative, we aren’t into hiding our fees. We’d rather have open communication and transparency.
So we do something a lot of agencies do not — we tell you our prices up front.
We aren’t afraid to do so, because we believe that the professionalism, expertise, and experience you’ll receive are very much inline with our prices.
Please keep in mind that these prices aren’t absolute. Every project is unique, and so are its associated costs.
Your project’s price might be different than the fees and rates mentioned here. We encourage you to contact us for a FREE initial consultation and the most accurate quote. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
But this guide will give you a very good idea of what we offer and what those services might cost, so you can make an educated decision regarding our services and how we can best help you with your content.
With that said, here are our packages and their costs for the various creative content services we offer.
LaCroix Creative Hourly Retainer Packages
Imagine — your company’s own creative marketing department,
but without all the overhead and headaches!
Our standard hourly rate is $80. However, if you use our creative content services regularly and often, you can receive a considerable discount by putting LaCroix Creative on retainer. Retainers are highly recommended for businesses that use our creative content services on a monthly basis. It’s like having your own creative marketing department, but without all the typical issues and costs that come from having one in house. The hours can be applied to any and all creative content services rendered, except photography and videography.

There is a minimum charge of a quarter hour for any service. Any retainer hours left at the end of the month roll over into the next month. However, they do expire after 12 months. All retainer packages are paid per month up front. Additional monthly hours are billed at the rate of the level you chose. There is no reimbursement for any unused hours, and retainer fees are not refundable for any reason. CONTACT US for more information!
LaCroix Creative Flat Fee Packages
At LaCroix Creative, we’ve found that when projects are “finite” — that is, they have clear start and end dates and well-defined parameters — flat fee billing works out better for everyone involved.
With a hard-quoted, flat fee, there’s never a question about how much a project — within its well-defined parameters — will cost. It makes budgeting much easier for you and helps us better fulfill your expectations.
PLEASE NOTE: Every project is considered and quoted individually. However, while your final quoted price might differ from the flat fees listed here, you can still use this guide to get an idea regarding how much your project might cost. All of our packages represent a discounted rate from our standard hourly fee, to help you get more for less.
LaCroix Creative Branding
Provides identity creation, audience definition, logo (in various color and grayscale combinations, as well as various formats), and branding style manual. Includes all consultations and meetings on the subject.

Editing and Writing
$0.06 a word
Copy is check for spelling errors and typos, and/or checked against a previous version for correctness.
$0.12 a word
Our copy editing provides everything our proofreading does, and also checks for grammar, punctuation, and adherance to a consistent style. We also ensure that the copy is written in the most clear, understandable and sensible was for your audience.
$0.20 a word
We write books/ebooks, magazine articles, and blogs on a variety of subjects, website content, and marketing copy for ads, email campaigns, newsletters, opt-ins, brochures, fliers, and catalogs.
PROFILE BIO SPECIAL
Many professionals need a written bio for their online profiles but don’t know where to begin. We write a professional bio for you that keeps your audience in mind and helps convert them into customers and clients. Includes a “discovery” interview. Written and edited to fit your online character count. Maximum 300 words.
Graphic Arts for Books/eBooks, Magazines, Catalogs, Guides, White Papers, and Reports
Print Book Cover Designs
You receive designs for both the front and back covers. All necessary images, writing, and consultations included. You receive up to three initial designs and three rounds of revisions to the chosen design.
Page Design and Layout
Page design covers the overall feel and look of the interior pages, such as the colors to be used, the selection of fonts, and the general appearance and style of elements, including section and chapter openers, heads and subheads, copy text, running heads and feet, lists, table of contents, callouts, and graphic illustrations.
TEXT ONLY LAYOUT
$12 per page
This per-page rate applies to books that are entirely text only and have no graphics.
LIGHT GRAPHICS LAYOUT
$15 per page
This per-page rate applies to books that have graphics such as callouts, boxed inserts throughout.
HEAVY GRAPHICS LAYOUT
$30 per page
This per-page rate applies to books that contain graphics such as charts, graphs, tables, and photography.
COMPLEX PAGE LAYOUT
$60 per page
This per-page rate applies to books that have complex spreads that include all the graphics of a “heavy” layout, along with infographics and illustrations.
Please note that the time to create graphic elements, such as charts, graphs, tables, infographics, illustrations, and photography, is an additional cost to the per page layout price and is typically billed at an hourly rate, unless quoted otherwise. Please contact us for more information.
Client revisions to pages are billed at $60 an hour.
Graphic Arts Services for Fliers and Brochures
FLIER and BROCHURE DESIGN
$130 per side, per design
This rate applies to all fliers/brochures trimmed to letter-sized paper. Graphic elements (such as photography and/or illustrations) and written content must be supplied by the client or purchased separately. All client revisions are billed at $80 an hour.
